Eight keys to replacement of excavator parts
First, try to use sealant, if necessary, paint can be used instead to achieve the desired sealing effect;
Second, the appearance quality should be carefully checked before the rubber seal is installed; use special tools to press fit to avoid beating and deformation;
Third, add lubricating grease according to the rules, and regularly clean and dredge the ventilation holes and one-way valves.
Fourth, the installation is carried out under extremely clean conditions, and the working surface of the parts is free from bumps, scratches, burrs and other attachments;
Fifth, strict operating procedures, seals should be installed correctly to avoid deformation if not in place;
Sixth, grasp the functional standards and application requirements of seals, and replace the failed parts in time;
Seventh, for the thin-walled parts of the side cover, the cold sheet metal is used for proofreading; the simple wear and tear of the shaft hole parts can be selected by metal spraying, welding repair, gluing, machining and other processes to reach the original standard;
